Primo Water is a leading pure-play water solutions provider in North America, Europe and Israel and generates approximately $2.6 billion in annual revenue. Primo Water’s customer portal, built on aging Drupal 7, and a myriad of other platforms required transformation to align with today’s consumer expectations. Faced with latency and integration challenges with an outdated backend, the objective was to craft a modern, mobile-responsive, user-centric experience.
